I graduated from Kingston University`s School of Surveying in London with a Degree in Urban Estate Management. The degree, coupled with a practical Higher National Diploma in Land Administration from the University of East London gave me strong technical understanding of Commercial Real Estate (CRE).

I have a wide range of international CRE experience from the San Francisco office market during the first "dot com" boom, to Lausanne via Amsterdam and Sydney. I have run my own property management business as well as worked for large corporate real estate service companies and a real estate information provider.

Real Estate Experience:

• Acquiring sites for property investment companies.

• Identifying and appraising sites with development potential.

• Negotiating purchase and lease terms.

• Managing city centre retail and office space and a portfolio of outdoor advertising sites.

• Project managing large format building wrap advertising.

• Built up and managed a portfolio of residential properties for private landlords.

• Developing new data services for a major property information supplier.

• Contributing to property market reports.

• Maintaining property databases.

Current Responsibilities

• Representing landlords and tenants of office properties in the lac Léman area.

• Leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals.

• Lease negotiation, advising on best rent and terms, marketing, procurement of suitable occupiers, detailed contract negotiation and execution.

• Location assessments, market analysis and feasibility studies.
